When we decided to move to Calgary, I thought that would be a great time for a brand refresher! To be honest, I never really had a brand per se or even a logo for that matter and coming from a design background, that was always a bit embarrassing. I’m not saying I didn’t try, but designing for myself was always a struggle. I loved creating logos and brands for others but couldn’t seem to do it for myself. So, after close to 5 years in business, enter Focus Lab. Instead of struggling yet again trying to come up with a new look, I decided to hire designers to do it for me… kind of akin to going to the spa. I could sit back and relax while they worked hard to make me look good. And I think they did just that!

And because I’m still in a transition state (planning on launching a new website in the a few months etc.), I’m just giving my stuff a quick makeover. I’ve updated my blog and site, added a new facebook header and ordered some business cards but the good stuff is still to come. Until then, I’m simply KELLY and I take photos   : )ps. and I’m always looking for facebook ‘likers’ – especially those in the Calgary area.
